Made of fine grain cast iron. Available as blanks-rough, unfinished castings without handle or bore or as finished wheels. Finished hand wheels have a starter hole which can be made larger by user. Rim polished to high luster. Handles are polished steel. Web contoured for maximum strength. Rear edge of rim cut back to provide better grasp for operator. Center hole and face of hub are true with rim. Used where safety regulations prohibit the use of spoked hand wheels or where the use of spoked hand wheels are not desirable.
